I stayed at Old Phuket for a week, and while the location was fantastic with easy access to the beach, my experience was marred by some unfortunate incidents. The hotel itself is nice, but I encountered issues with my belongings, which really soured my stay. On the plus side, the ambiance was decent and the customer service had its ups and downs. Overall, I would consider other options for my next visit.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, celebrating my 50th birthday. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance, and Karon beach is just a short walk away, which was fantastic. However, during our stay, we did face some challenges with service at the hotel restaurant, where the food quality varied and wasn't up to par. Overall, I'd definitely return once restrictions are lifted.

We returned to The Old Phuket after a wonderful stay 15 months ago, and it didn't disappoint! The location is perfect, just across from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some areas could use a bit of maintenance. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a wonderful time at Old Phuket in the Serene Wing-very spacious and clean rooms overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were all friendly and made our Christmas Eve memorable with great food and entertainment. The main downside was that my private jacuzzi room didn't work as expected, which led to a few maintenance issues that were a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a great holiday location with plenty to explore nearby.
